Behavior Expectation Matrix- Matrix designed to give students a clear understanding of behavior expectations in the building.
Incentive Contracts- Contracts to give students the opportunity to change behavior that is prohibiting them from succeeding at TCHS.
Tardy Attendance Turnaround- Contracts are designed to give those students with excessive tardies and those with unexcused absences an opportunity to correct the behavior.
Tuscola Gold (Giving Others Life Direction)- Mentoring program designed to give students an added role model.

Motivational Speakers- It’s hard to grow up. With societal demands, the conflicting messages offered by parents, peers, schools, social media and hormones, the only surprise is that the younger generation is resilient. It's hard to grow up. Our motivational speakers inspire the high school students and help with these challenges and harness their potential.
